Over 30 years of experience and trust. Quality guaranteed by the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO). Dr. Toru Hoshino graduated from the Graduate School of Orthodontics at the University of Rochester, New York, and became a board-certified orthodontist in 1994, and received his specialist certification from the American Board of Orthodontics in 2007. Only one-third of orthodontists in the United States have obtained this certification, and only four out of all orthodontists in Japan have obtained this certification as of FY2024. He sees patients with pride and honor. Dr. Hoshino was a clinical professor at the University of Rochester from 2003 to 2011 and also taught graduate students at the Eastman Dental Center at his alma mater, the University of Rochester.
